Cold rolling lines

The cold rolling engineering we supply includes 6-roll reversible cold rolling mill group, 6-roll tandem cold rolling mill group, 4-roll reversible cold rolling mill group, 4-roll cold tandem rolling mill group and 20-roll reversible cold rolling mill group. Design cold rolling line is from 100,000TPA to 2,500,000TPA.

The characteristics of cold rolling line:

1. Main rolling mill, uncoiler, and recoiler adopt all-digital DC speed control, SCR power supply and PLC control.

2. Adopt full hydraulic press-down, and computer thickness automatic control (AGC).

3.Rolling mill is capable of screw-down deviation regulation, working roll positive/negative roll bending control; intermediate roll positive/negative roll bending control, intermediate roll shift preset and segmental cooling. Big rolling force, big rolling torque, and big rolling tension guarantee small difference of thickness.

4. Uncoiler has CPC system. While recoiler has EPC system for accurate stop, coil recording and auto-slowdown and stop.

5. Quick roller change is available to working roller and intermediate roller.

6. Electric system has over-load protection, strip break protection, emergency stop systems.

7. Quick automatic adjustment system of rolling line level is applied.

8. Oil mist lubrication of rolling mill bearing is applied.

9. Rolling mills interlock, fault alarming apply PLC control.
