Ladle Furnace (LF) functions: LF ladle refining furnace is for refining the molten steel in primary smelting furnace ( refining electric arc furnace, induction furnace, and converter), has the function of electric arc heating under normal pressure, vacuum degassing, sulfur removing, blowing argon stirring, oxygen blowing and wire feeding, charging under normal pressure or vacuum, temperature detecting and sampling. It is important metallurgy equipment for continuous casting and continuous rolling.

Main parts for Ladle Furnace (LF): electric furnace transformer, short network, lifting device of electrode, furnace cover and the lifting device of the furnace cover, heating bridge, steel ladle, buggy ladle, wire feeding machine, argon regulating system, water cooling system, compressed air system, hydraulic system, temperature sampling device, self-feeding system, high voltage supply system, low voltage electrical control system, automatic system.
